work environmental place and learning infrastructure are very good, no performance appraisal, it is a fixed salary and increment, gossips and politics are the part of the office rule, good place to work, convenient to manage work-life balance.

Nepotism, u r qualified or experienced it doesn't matter only buttering is matter, salary and designation will be decided on how much you buttering top ranked admin people..most top ranked admin people are flirting in nature and the increment procedure starts with it depends how you react the ugly truth

...have any idea on how to utilize resources. Financial discipline is not followed. Salary is never given on time. They do not have a concept of work life balance. The organization is micromanaged by the Chairman at every level even from housekeeping staff.

After working a year under this organization there is nothing to like.

...ship and decision making is compromised by this lack of appropriate credentials. Project workers are exploited because they are not paid in accordance with the project salary criteria. Even Principal Investigators are negligent when it comes to terms and conditions they offered when an employee joined. All in all the organization suffers from systemic problems that have a big influence on worker morale and wellbeing. Before joining, I would strongly suggest prospective employees to do extensive study and take these considerations into consideration.
