• Lack of Professionalism: The Global Director (double-headed), Manager (mentally unstable), and HR (show put-up and puppet) demonstrate no professionalism. • Office Politics: Specifically, the Director engages in politics between the company owners and other managers in the office. She deserves a "Baskhar Award" for her antics. She ensures other recruiters or managers underperform so she can maintain her power over everyone. • No Job Guarantee: The HR department is merely a puppet for the mentally unstable Manager and Director. There is no PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). HR informs employees only 5–10 minutes before announcing it’s their last working day. Before this notification, the IT Admin removes all access to the employee's PC. • Clients: Despite being in this field for 25 years, there are no direct clients or implementation partners—only a prime vendor, TEK Systems. They’ve also lost relationships with other prime vendors like Randstad, Kforce, and Apex long ago. They have no alternate option for TEK Systems. In a weekly meeting, the Director told employees that some TEK Systems recruiters (points of contact) lack rapport with hiring managers. Such statements from a leader demotivate recruiters and leave them confused about whom to work with. • Sometimes, I think this is a shell company, as there are only three employees in the US (onshore). ......Sorry I didn't cover everything as I can't disturb my mind for stupid things and i doesn't care about them, I simply said thank you when i was informed that it's my last working day at office before 5minutes of day ends and the reason too was so silly, i went on zero submission for 2days and that 2 days these manager was not able to assign requirements. Due to no requirements this stupid HR arranged Secret Santa on one day(complete) and games on another day(from mid day) on the last day she gave all third party requirements which we are not authorized to work with as given instructions from the head management(submitted 2 profiles within 1hr time that include Resume formatting too) and i informed the HR the same thing, she told that she i'll talk to Manager who is HR's friend...and to save Manager she raised a escalation on both of us instead and got us removed.
