Senior engineers are very supportive and work life balance is really good. Salary on-time plus good salary as per market standards.

Dislikes

No Job-security. Short duration projects and when projects get done you will have to sit on bench for long time. Sometimes you will get fired if no project and you will on bench for longer time. Only Drupal based projects are drawback of Srijan plus then don't motivate you to learn new tech stack. I will not recommend freshers to join. Experience people can join as they move on to next job in very short span but for freshers if they fire it will be difficult to move on.

Before material plus acquisition company was good like interns of work culture salary benefits but after acquisition it’s pathetic now

Not giving appraisal on time also not having much project due to which most of the folks in the bench

The legacy members of this company have a very humble nature.

New hiring behaviors, no appraisals or promotion. Job security is very nil, few days back they fired a 12-year-old employee stating that they need to cut more budget while constantly giving increment to upper Team and USA team which feels like a partiality.

They have good people, inclusive, helpful, but they are leaving day by day.

They are not equipped to provide good environment to grow. The new management under Material +, Material has projected 400% increase in revenue in the current market. This should explain the situation
