Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Work culture is so so worst .. Management is never friendly and never approach to employees, they are never worried about employees at all . Worst working hours ( micro management) No work life balance … need to sacrifice your personal life … for late night calls .. No fun at all …. Always serious faces and no employees can speak openly in office … since SPY team always watches … since they don’t have any other work…. Got freshers but no projects at all. There is no place in office to have Lunch .. no cafeteria …. You need to have lunch at ur desk or in meeting room ( if it’s free only )
