I joined here with a hope of becoming a software engineer all the while I was under training 1 5 years no real time project assigned because no projects. Management compares with Google and Facebook without any project in hand. my career got ruined joining here. Again started my career as a fresher as I don't have experience in real time project. Working here from last 1 year. NO HIKES No Proper organization structure Management never ever keep their words/promises. Policy changes based on their mentality. Lot of work pressure. Late Night calls , health issues Overall NO NO to this family business company .
