At higher leve or at same position all the staff are good, Simple uuu can say that all the literate person are very good but uneducated staff those have experience treat you like he is your Boss you have to listen...

Dominating behaviour of lower level staff, how gave his 10-15 year's they act like he is your Boss. Working environment are worst with these staff..

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
