This company is a scam. They will offer you big packages to lure you in to do their job and don't even credit the whole salary at one time. They search for every reason to deduct your salary. There are absolutely no benefits of this job. No sick leaves no paid leaves. Any leaves you take will be directly loss of pay even if you're 5 mins late. The work culture is terrible they expect you to make 500 calls a day and keep increasing it according to their convenience and keep the employees at the office from 9am to 9pm. Run away from this sham of a company and i hope they close down soon and go bankrupt.

I have always felt that apart from tangible reward like increment of bonus, company has to foucs on intangibles also. My company square yards has always done it, be it celebrating birthdays and special occasion or even recongnizing with special memetoes and achivments. I love this aspect.

Nothing. But 6 day working sometimes is too hard.

...ccess you throughly as to best analyze your skills and how best to utilize them. However, once you settle down, you can expect very profitable carrer journeys in term of compensation, increments and growing responsibilites, that is, if you keep performing better every time.

...er team very manipulative and as well your hardwork is not paid in salary basis. Many employees have been faced this issue of not paying the salary on time and no salary for months
