- Senior Management is bad, they don't have an idea how to run the company. - No job security, constant, sudden Silent layoff, once they finish one side of the product, they layoff people - Company revenue is very low, and they are not able to grow and scale. - Culture only exists in the books and doesn't actually represent in employee benefits. - Unlimited leave policy exists but that makes you feel guilty for talking leaves.

I got a job in squadrun in my very tough times..and it had help me to earn a good amount...it's very comfortable to work with squadrun..the work culture is good..

Dislikes

Squadrun has reduced UCC mission coins..and have stopped giving EE bonus..which is the most disliking thing..have closed groups..so how can't ask questions...exception google meet

Squadstack is perfect for women who are married and who can't travel to work, it's one of the best platforms I have worked and when I got job here I felt so so good and I was so energetic and enthusiastic when I started as a tele caller and became a Partner success associate in a span of 2 years, Squad stack is my first job which I loved working and I had gained so much of respect from each and everyone.

Dislikes

I never thought I'll leave squad stack so early, the frequency of role change is very often here and also multi tasking plus pressure from the lead and not getting enough time to complete the tasks distracted me a lot and lots of meetings which made my tasks pending and I use to do it during the night, I was into stress when my delivery lead and the functional lead started to stress me over a lot of things, so basically your lucky if you get a good boss who makes u feel valued and motivates u, I wish I had overcome and stayed back but my happiness was much more important for me to feel good from within. Apart from that it's a great place to work.

They have not enough data in any projects so we can't dial and not achieve target's,so firstoffall u have to store data sufficient from the client side, second the script is too low quality have to increase script quality, Overall Have to change all applications
