I never thought I'll leave squad stack so early, the frequency of role change is very often here and also multi tasking plus pressure from the lead and not getting enough time to complete the tasks distracted me a lot and lots of meetings which made my tasks pending and I use to do it during the night, I was into stress when my delivery lead and the functional lead started to stress me over a lot of things, so basically your lucky if you get a good boss who makes u feel valued and motivates u, I wish I had overcome and stayed back but my happiness was much more important for me to feel good from within. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
