Business head Mr onkarnath and HR head Mr rangaswamy are close friends they are having head weight and they don't know how to work. Because of their personal attitude grudge they're spoiling the company culture and spoiling company name also. Because of these two people employees are leaving the organisation. If they don't like they will harrase, humiliate, hold employee confirmation, promotion. If the employee raise the their answer is silly answer since employee is not telling good morning or not greeting hence they will hold confirmation. Totally they are having their service only 3.4 years they wanted to hold the company in their hands. They are not thinking about company future. Company growth. Mr rangaswamy department theft incident occurred without any enquiry... issue closed. But the person Mr ramprasad who stolen brass items from 2017 is informed with help of rangaswamy is done this. Brass items are too costly. Mr rangaswamy is handling 5 department. Including HR department without knowing statutory law's. Mr onkarnath and Mr rangaswamy are wanted to loot the company. If hardworking employee they will plan to remove. They want all C player employees. Appraisal if they like only for that employee they will do appraisal remaining employees there is no appraisal. While new recruitment there is no logic they will not compare with the existing employee they are not following company rules Mr rangaswamy will give all false information to the company. Exit interview will be prepared by Mr rangaswamy as per his choice. Simply every year they will sign business ethics but do not follow.

Mr onkarnath and Mr rangaswamy attitude and their personal grudge. Mr rangaswamy never ever work on time to the company he will be keep on going for personal reasons but will mention official. Mr onkarnath will support him in all the ways

i like to work this company due to brand image & multiple spray products and auto jet system , In India there is no MNC professionalism. They are running like proprietor management , they won't lesion field sales force ideas or conferences . The USA principals list bother about business or brand image in india . Sorry to wright this message .

No proper training for new joined sales engineers , just they give induction program ( Interdiction of HO people ) , they wont give any support to new sales staff . The Management don't no how to increase the sales in india , they don't even think off . SSCO - USA selected lack of knowledge wrong / substandard people in India ,
