The work is interesting, non-management level people are all very nice and enthusiastic about their work

Dislikes

Salary is on the lower end. No proper structure, no system in place for formal appraisals. No transparency on company functioning

Nothing to like in this company. I had the worst experience of my career here. The senior management is selfish, and hardly cares for the employees. The only way to survive here is: 1. Don't open your mouth 2. Slog like a donkey all 7 days of the week 3. Take the breadcrumbs they throw at you as pay 4. Don't expect any formal appraisals or bonuses 5. Repeat 1 to 4.

... Yoga and all that crap. Who wants to hear it?! God, I'm just so glad I got out. And the worst part? They held back my salary and even refused to pay me during Covid. I have been working with them for so many years, but didn't even show any courtesy while asking me to leave. Several others suffered the same fate. No pantry No outings (they cut a cake on employee birthday which just sucks!) No employee development program No sports-based trainings like Tableau querying, algorithms, AI etc.

Nice place to learn for career starter

Management is the biggest problem, they don't know how to handle the project and people, project runs only on developer responsibilities not management. Simply, 👎👎👎👎
