Nothing to like in this company. I had the worst experience of my career here. The senior management is selfish, and hardly cares for the employees. The only way to survive here is: 1. Don't open your mouth 2. Slog like a donkey all 7 days of the week 3. Take the breadcrumbs they throw at you as pay 4. Don't expect any formal appraisals or bonuses 5. Repeat 1 to 4.

Dislikes

The management are interested only in earning money for themselves. They say they are the 'founders' of sports data analysis in India - I mean it is hard to believe that they would have such a lowly attitude towards their employees. The sports field in India is so small and these people will never share their knowledge. They will not give you access to any players, newer business opportunities. If you are a game data analyst, you remain so until the world comes to an end. Just keep working like a donkey. If you make a mistake, the CEO will call you into his office and bash you like anything without giving a solution for anything. This is such a harmful environment for youngsters or experienced people to be in. The CEO will call you to office on Saturdays/Sundays, and give you 3-hour gyan sessions like how to practice Yoga and all that crap. Who wants to hear it?! God, I'm just so glad I got out. And the worst part? They held back my salary and even refused to pay me during Covid. I have been working with them for so many years, but didn't even show any courtesy while asking me to leave. Several others suffered the same fate. No pantry No outings (they cut a cake on employee birthday which just sucks!)
