    I like the way they exploit employees. They are very good at it.

    Dislikes

    From head to toe, everything. From last five years there is no salary on time sometimes it’s getting delayed for two months sometime it gets delayed for three months. They don’t care if the employee is able to eat something he has enough money to survive. His family can survive. I have seen people who met with accident, cracked their bones but still called to office to work. Even if the employee has not received his salary The top management still fill up their mobile reimbursement forms to ensure that they get the reimbursement in time that’s the level of corruption spicejet has.

    Few of the people in the company, especially in my department, were pretty helping and supportive. They guide people to the best of their knowledge and best whatever they can do. Even some of the people understand your situation if you are in a problem and will help you up to the level they can.

    ... you have to pay the rent by yourself by lending money from your friends/family. the salary will come when you will be in a condition to leave the company. Not only this, but if you somehow manages to quit the job, you will not receive your full and final payment. If you are lucky, then you might get it, that too even after several years.

    You can avail the ELT but if flight has space. 90% time your ELT gets failed and your travel plan ruined. SpiceJet never fire its emp.

    ...ar not deposited, tds not being deposited on time, form 16 given in Feb month. You have to serve notice in full or have to pay gross. Appraisal always late and done in sep or Oct without arrears. Toxic environment, politics everywhere in specially Revenue, and most imp- Salary credits after 20th of month, Once you leave the company, just forget about F&F, it is already behind 1.5 yeas, means emp left in Mar-22, didn't gets its F&F till now.

    There are many things - 1- They doesn't provide you salary before 15 of every month on offer Lett its mentioned that you will get salary in last of every month but they are paying mid of the next month overall they are paying 30 days salary after 45 days. 2- Work pressure is just like a mental trauma you will face serious mental health issues while working for the company. 3- Management like Sachin suri just filling there pocket and roam around girls, no work no support to employees. 4- Managers just give all their work to employees and relaxed. Every month they are changing policies and increasing work of the employees. 5- Employees are not able to pay their bills and loans because of late salary and they are getting anxiety, frustration and leaving their houses just because of the company.

    To be honest they days you are away from the base tucked into your hotel room and not entertaining any calls ..

    Dislikes

    ...e. 6. They will cease all options for you to grow in and out of the company . 7. Salary is always based on your performance, the guidelines to which isnt justifiable and inhumane . 8. The experience takes a toll on your mental health and you will definitely fall for drugs better ! Another way to get self termination. 9. You will definitely put a hole in your pocket with the grooming standards . And more.....
