...hat I have to pay for not serving the 3 months notice period. I have all proofs. They charge a way more money to client and give a small chunk of cheese to you which they call salary. They are full of Ego, never listen to employees concerns Once they get you on-board after that there is no one to listen to your complaints. Whole team is full of unprofessional people who only know how to play Tambola over a zoom meeting. You will never meet them as from the very first day you will be working on the client site. They are like ghost, only comes when your salary gets credited. so basically they are just taking money from client and giving you, cutting there commissions, Just because they called you from a job portal. that's it. what a business model!!!!!! 👏👏👏👏

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

People from HRs to EMs are very nice to you and will guide in every way possible. You learn alot and work hours are flexible according to your input. Overall experience is good.

...per communication from management (HR department). No clearity given by company. They put me on bench without pay....how I survive during this pandemic only I know...

In Kolkata location there is no office of Sphinx . There in only client location. And contact with client. They never informed about the contract.any time they told that your service is over with in 10 to 15 days if client close the contact. Basically they provide man power in voith paper. They told you that work on basis of Design but voith give you the assignment of Excel fill up and basically (PA of Mr. Abhijit chakraborty). And destroy your career..so my suggestion if they offer you to join voith paper please don't go. This decision may hamper your career.
