...s no clear job role description or transparency of the daily basis work details. No appraisal or salary increments has been given to employees for almost two years. There are micromanagement and personal life discussions sessions going on rather than focusing on task. People for favouritism got benefits and appraisals for their behaviour with the manager rather than talent and skills. This is happening specifically in Calicut Office.

Financial growth is good here. Moreover, there is never a delay in salary that I have seen ever since i joined them a few years back.

Working for the company for 3 years now and I have not experienced anything negative.

Not Good Salary Hikes & Appraisals. We got recognition from client for two different projects but that is not enough for our reporting manager. I think they don't look even look at the appraisal submission form, they just decide on there one to one relation with the employee.

Speridian Technology offers opportunities to learn and grow through the projects available. However, the number of projects is limited, so the experience largely depends on the specific assignments.

Dislikes

The management at Speridian Technology could be improved. There is a high workload, but appraisals and promotions are limited, which can be demotivating. Additionally, employees with lighter workloads often receive similar rewards, creating a sense of imbalance. The team dynamics also leave room for improvement.

Work culture is great with clean office. Extracurricular activities are there. Snacks and beverages are available at office Free cab facility at night shift
