Very sensitive about employee,i have ever seen. Very good learning place during working period. Very good and friendly atmosphere for work.

Very low salary increasion for employees. Will get success after very hard working. Very poor appraisal process.also could not get satisfactory salary after reviewing a whole financial year of your carrier.

Spencer's company is very good for start your Career in Retail it is very good teacher ,but after that no need to stay in company more then 3 years

Here nothing to dislike but growth was very slow for team Leader & above post as well as compensation is little bit less

That's time i worked in this company, overall was good except, pay scale and growth opportunity. but now overall has been changed and no job security no growth chances because of falls in our india economic.
