What makes this organization unique is their pay-structure inclusive of variable pay which most Ahmedabad based company doesn't offer. Further to it, work-life-balance is quite well manageable across all the roles / experience.

All that can be relooked / revived is bit of an interiors of the company and more aggressive hiring to build-up a great talent pool.

They work on very old technologies. Currently going througha bad phase financially so they fire employees suddenly.

1. Don't join the company or get ready to suffer if you join. 2. Bad HR Policies like no salary in notice period and if you resign three months after hike is given it will not reflect on documents. 3. HR Manager and HR Team don't respond at all 4. They lay off employees in covid with short notice period 5. Manager with no technical and management skill who want the work to be done no matter how it should be done. 6. No new projects are coming since last two years and they give u some freelancing work from Upwork 7. Worst Department in the Company is BIA Vertical manged so poorly that their managers don't even take daily team calls and have zero technical knowledge. It is a nightmare to work in that department.

SPEC INDIA is the best place to work. Very supportive work culture and management. Salary is always on time. Apart from salary, the company also give bonus and various perks. You will always get great support and guidance from the seniors for consistent career growth. Team members are very friendly and flexible work timings allow you to manage your schedule. Love working here.
