In CTC its include everything (like gratuty -which give only completion of 5 years, even that premium of mediclam policy also deducted from employee salary it's also included in ctc part. The major part of dislike is notice period, which are 3 Month. 6 day working, only in corporate ofc 5 days

HR change their policy of notice period serve 3 month without any discussion with employees, there is no job security & heavy burden of work day-nigh even you have to do your routine work from home if you go to personal leave. Senior management not supportive.

Good learning in technical work and maintaining in machinery knowledge

Experience workers salary is low and new workers salary is High so working time experience workers are not put in more than effort in work

Creation of culture with respect to emerging market. Behavior of promotors with the employees, Location of office, opportunities within the group. Different events organized by HR

Dislikes

Organization structure and manpower approval for down the line structure. Salary breakup which leads to more income tax. Some policies e.g. OYOC, Local Conveyance, Travel inland etc.

Initially salary hike is good while joining the organization. Corporate office campus is good.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is poor. Annual appraisal is not as per market standard. Internal processes and decision making is very slow. No coordination among departments.
