No job security, at the time of appraisal they send you a PIP mail and after that no appraisal. No career growth and learning skill- you have to do only repeated task on daily basis. No work life balance at night about 12 or 1 or 2 o'clock you have to work and in weekend also. so terrible. HR policy is worst, nothing in favor of employee.

Only you will get time for learning itself, no one will help and forget about appraisal on time, and if you have finished your work still they pressurised to do more work on that.
