You can ask to leave with 1 month notice even after 9-10 months of joining - doesn't tolerate benching people more than 2 weeks, they will ask to leave. - Ascendum is not an IT solution company but a consulting company. The projects are running from Sourcebits only. - You will heard about few big names thee like toyota, sony tv, big basket but few of them either in big loss or very less profitable with a small team size of 5-6 people. - sales and HR focus on delivery rather their own work. - from years sales team could not bring any big project. - no training opportunities. - Health insurance 2 lac only. - no reimbursement policies. - salary appraisal is min 1% and max 8% - WFH strictly no allowed even during peak covid time teams are forced to be there in the office. - no leave policy for an employee who got covid infection.
