Learning is definitely one good aspect. There is no politics inside company.

There are lot of things which need improvement. Career-growth,salary raise are one among many. Innovation is something you will be asked for but you won't be given time for the same. Atlast you will end up with the same mediocre piece of code. Eventually you will drop creativity and will just try to complete the work in a finite time. Transport facility is one of the worst thing.

Industry standard salary, good work life balance and supportive peers. The organisation as a whole is good, but the leaders at TA department - terrible!

Dislikes

Managers! They don't have a stand of their own. Everyone is trying to take advantage of each other's situation. A few ex leaders created problem within their team! For them work ethics - 0, office politics - 100. Promotions and appraisal are not dependent on the work but how you bootlick the manager! If you have stand of your own - say goodbye to your job.

Salary an Benefits poo and nowhere near industry averages Staff Turnover too high due to lack of investment in people and infrastructure Lack of investment in support functions so chaotic environment to work in Data and systems are rubbish Overall just make money strategy nothing more in terms of vision or long term view Sneior management are out of their depth, CEO has pretty much disappeared off the end of the earth No time for Development and promotions are based on whether you are in the "Special Club" rather than competency

...mates and manger, good work -life balance as there is fixed 8 hr 30 min timing. Good Salary structure as every component is fixed and you get bonus apart from your CTC. Also they are working on latest technology so good opportunity for learning.

Nothing quite frankly just that some of the co-workers wer very nice but the less I talk about the management and the company the better.

Dislikes

Very poor compensation, little to no benefits, non existent growth within the organization, a deaf top management and poor job security.
