50% salary deduction ,if you come out of the project. it is very difficult to get tagged to a project. Majority of the projects are short term project company is outside the city (Global Village tech park, Pattanagere), so travelling this long everyday is very difficult.

1)If you join after jan you will not get hikes for same year, need wait for one more year 2)2months bench ad 2months notice period,if they dont have any project they will ask to resign forcefully

Very poor company. Joined 2 years back as digital architect. They stopped giving variable pay which was mentioned in the CTC. No appraisal for last two years. Medical benefits also stopped. Do not join it will ruin your career

Salary cut to 50% , for one month bench employee. Managers are not good and you have to be available 24/7 for work and to receive their pH. calls. Higher management should release manager who doesn't know proper management. Half salary if you will be bench for one month. They will hire you and in one month if you will not get project they will cut your 50% of salary. Don't join to ruin your career.

- Salary on time but during bench period 50% salary cut . - work life balance somehow there - in some extend they follow some cmm 5 organization guidelines in culture

- Recruitment team and HR dept are very bad . They respond to all queries but taking solution takes longer time . - No severance pay or additional benefits during laid off time .Laid off happens suddenly .No organizational meetings on awareness of it . - Any mistake happens during exit time means you will be mad taking follow up for correction. - WFH not mentioned properly in offer letter means you should plan to relocate somehow otherwise you have to get laid off for not following RTO guidelines though you have various valid reasonlike medical emergency ,manager approval etc but RTO mail supersedes all approvals .
