The culture is poisonous,full of politics and yes men everywhere. Everybyear they are replacing their Business Heads and Managers.All decisions are taken by the owner .Accounts driven co.,no one else has a say in any matter.

Likes

I appreciate the fact that I'm in a team retailing quality and reliable products. As a matter of fact, I'm privileged to travel and meet colleagues from other branches during meetings and during training sessions where we share ideas.

Dislikes

Little compensation and little growth, but intense work pressure. Sometimes, working beyond working hours, and calls from customers at nights. Senior management do not seem to appreciate views expressed leading to reservations in expressing concerns and suggestions and recommendations.
