No job security. Very worst i have experienced in my job with my reporting manager. I have already complained about him to HR, but those people also didn't helped me. Now I'm became jobless because of him.

Likes - job security for corporate office for atleast 4 years but don't expect any growth.

Everything is good only constraint is growth of you are sitting in corporate office your growth will be stagnant whether you will work for 12 hours also. If you have a good connection with management you can get it easily if not then nothing you can do it.

Nothing it's worst company to work....his ceo behaves like a dictator, I was performer their but without any season and to give satisfaction to his old employee he forcefully take resignation.

Management is very poor, Good delevery is very bad, Rm is 420, Co is mental, Those man has knowledge of marketing & sales, Rm & bm has has stranger for marketing network, Those distributor are not recognize For Rm & Bm

This company is belong from videocon Group... They any time call u for separations.. But u accept and do all your necessary things for separations, even after they not make your FNF.. Having 3/4 examples with proof

Their is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues... After 6 months of separation they did not done my FNF. This people's any time can ask u to drop your paper. Only tendency is to collect advance money from market and making people's fool. As this company is from Videocon Group this tendency is their tradition.
