There is no job security and there is no hike in salary even after 6 months of doing job with that company.You have to work in even night shits always without even odd shift timings and you will not get any incentives for that.

Only one things that the salary credited accounts upto 7 date of every month

...mises are not fulfilled and the hikes are given as per the organisations will. The only good thing is a good initial/fresher package.

Dislikes

Not employee centric and if you push for your deserved and legal demands, they back off and easily tell you to leave even when they can easily fulfil the demand or request. They get very high bonuses from the client side but employees don’t get what they deserve.

I did not like anything about working at Solid Systems Global, Srinagar. It is a terrible place with terrible work culture.

...ity Analysts are good for nothing but they'll act like everything is your fault. SSG Srinagar will make you work like a donkey and then even have the audacity to pay you in peanuts. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND CAREER BY WORKING AT SOLID SYSTEMS GLOBAL, SRINAGAR.
