... bring the company down. Due to this so many good employs are left the company. Salary is good but the way they do appraisals are very poor. They dont pay salary in time. No innovation. I left the organization because of non technical persons involved in the operational activity and all the project were delayed with poor work man ship. (The Key three person who are in top positions are very good but they dont know whats happening. Lots of spy works happening in this organization.

No culture. Ego, Spy work, no ethics, no career growth, politics.
