The company management is very good but few people who are from non technical background involved in the operational/technical activity which bring the company down. Due to this so many good employs are left the company. Salary is good but the way they do appraisals are very poor. They dont pay salary in time. No innovation. I left the organization because of non technical persons involved in the operational activity and all the project were delayed with poor work man ship. (The Key three person who are in top positions are very good but they dont know whats happening. Lots of spy works happening in this organization....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
