ya, i too have some dislikes. - Previously we enjoyed team outings and office outings, but now it got stopped as we moved to "Work from Home culture". - Comp off was stopped as we moved to "Work from Home culture". Apart from these no other dislikes.

The salary and appraisal cycle are similar like to MNCs. 5. The company brought me B1 visa, which allowed me to travel to the united states and participate in many business conferences.

1. The company can initiate the H1B process for potential employees. 2. Due to work-from-home culture, nowadays no get-togethers are happening.

I have been working here for the past 6+ years and its really great and enjoyable. The company environment is pleasant, supportive and positive. They give time for learning things and help for self-improvement. The weekends are mostly or always free for perfect work life balance. Additional leave approvals are handled quickly.

Yearly increments which are given are just fine and can be improved.

I have been an employee here for 9 years. There is a good infrastructure and an opportunity to work on large-scale projects. In my experience, it is excellent, and all my team members were very helpful.
