Pay is alright but nothing to brag about, flexible hours.

No-one is properly coordinated, Nothing is planned, just find use cases and ship, no architecture planning, just building api wrappers, no good research. Barely any frontend developers. You will end up downskilling here

...ome meetings in USA timezones which means some teams run into late calls at 7pm. The pay is fine but not something to brag about.

Dislikes

The work culture and learning is just terrbile. There is absense of a tech lead and interns. Junior engineers are often given the task of writing big product features without discussing the architecture and high level design and implementation with a tech lead(because there isn't any!) This leads to a lot of problems and highly coupled codebase. If your aim is to be a better engineer, please stay away. Otherwise, might as well give it a try as everything else is good

very good senior leadership who are involved in project delivery and guide the junior team members with lot of learning opportunities. They have a good market standing because of which the quality of projects are very good and opportunities to work with knowledgable clients.

Dislikes

It is a fast growing startup and hence work can become hectic at times with weekend and late night working. There is no office so remote working in this manner can become even more challenging.

Everything, especially the managers are pathetic and they will torture you mentally. Dont join this company if you want a healthy lifestyle. They dont have data projects also.
