Pay is alright but nothing to brag about, flexible hours.

Dislikes

No-one is properly coordinated, Nothing is planned, just find use cases and ship, no architecture planning, just building api wrappers, no good research. Barely any frontend developers. You will end up downskilling here

Work life balance is pretty good but there are some meetings in USA timezones which means some teams run into late calls at 7pm. The pay is fine but not something to brag about.

Dislikes

The work culture and learning is just terrbile. There is absense of a tech lead and interns. Junior engineers are often given the task of writing big product features without discussing the architecture and high level design and implementation with a tech lead(because there isn't any!) This leads to a lot of problems and highly coupl ed codebase. If your aim is to be a better engineer, please stay away. Otherwise, might as well give it a try as everything else is good...Read More
