Pay is alright but nothing to brag about, flexible hours.

No-one is properly coordinated, Nothing is planned, just find use cases and ship, no architecture planning, just building api wrappers, no good research. Barely any frontend developers. You will end up downskilling here

Work culture and senior team leaders and directors are not good Internal politcis They dont even listen to employee just they want employee to work 12 hrs a day Please dont join if you want a healthy life. Your mental health will be disturb completely .

Work life balance is pretty good but there are some meetings in USA timezones which means some teams run into late calls at 7pm. The pay is fine but not something to brag about.

Dislikes

The work culture and learning is just terrbile. There is absense of a tech lead and interns. Junior engineers are often given the task of writing big product features without discussing the architecture and high level design and implementation with a tech lead(because there isn't any!) This leads to a lot of problems and highly coupled codebase. If your aim is to be a better engineer, please stay away. Otherwise, might as well give it a try as everything else is good...Read More
