Nothing to like, just don't have much pressures from Softenger.

Softenger as their party company don't give Rewards, Bonus and Awards to employees. Employees working with clients are not motivated. Client and Softenger tells that the other one is responsible to provide the Awards/ Rewards. Their is not much of involvement of Softenger in daily working or other than webinars on POSH and other.

No proper management No appraisal No leaves No comp off Have to work on every Holiday Manager is least bothered about you Only need to work Have to stretch shift every single day HR doesn't responds to calls

Terrible work culture. Very low salary. People ask to call them sir/madam. Terrible work life balance. People will call you on weekends. People with incompetent technical skills are recruited based on referral. Lobbying of people is there from a particular area/state of the country and they intimidate fellow colleagues. Very bad shift schedules. 6 days working while they don't tell you that at time of joining. Very high amount bond is there and very long bond period. Don't join this company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnt address our issues.Salary is not upto date with the market and also career growth is hindered.Company has no fixed policies.Every month or two we get to see new policies and salary deductions.Salary is not fixed for earch month it varies alot.Talking about appraisals we get about 2.5% hike every year which is again deducted under some policies and some or the other reasons.The only way to increase salary is to resign.
