I have learned to how to work in toxic culture. Some of the teammates are very nice & supportive to each other.

... with HR, they only takes side of their Manager as they are handling the client. Salary growth is also very limited.

Salary and promotion appraisal was slow. Even tough I only worked for One year still I was expecting to get my salary increased by more but it was not to the satisfactory point.

Only like about Sodexo is salary is paid on time.

Work culture, horrible experience of politics, no support from heads for their employees, par partiality in employees, Groupism, Major problem of leaves, HR forcing to come office even when health is in terrible condition, If we take leave for family emergency then they want proof for all things…. Seriously very bad management…. NEEDS TO IMPROVE.

Don't give salary as per job role Taking so many tasks completing and not given salary as per job role and tasks please improve
