Please my friends save yourself from getting trapped with a decent package as there are no benefits and no job security at all. The CEO has no ethics and he just is pedantic as he is from an IIT. For them every employee is nugatory. Even if you are given a 100% hike do not join. Better join a promising MNC with less hike.

...y job security. Once the project is over u r fired. The office is in a junkyard. They will lure u with package and then make u work on Saturdays. Play safe join an mnc with little package but be secure
