There is nothing to like. Don't waste your time working here. Specially freshers, please get experience working at any other place instead.

It's a friends of the founder driven organization. Unless you know them well enough you are worthless. They have friends and family at all management positions and will not allow an experienced and skilled person to progress at all. You and your experience will be used by someone else for their own selfishness. A lot of their teams are under skilled and wrongly experienced.

Once you have worked at Konnect, every other agency would seem like a better place to work at.

Creative head is servicing guy. Strategy head is a wannabe creative guy. Servicing head is good for nothing. Top management really needs reshuffling.
