... juniors and colleague in any doubts and problems facing at the time of project. And also they provide good salary hike as per their ability and performance that is out of the market criteria.

Dislikes

Lots of projects in Soben and some time employees are facing pressure to due lots of submission and meet their deadlines to complete the submissions. Company need to find a way to reduce the pressure to the employee.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role.
