Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Likes

No sense of working with this company wasting of time and carers and future. Every three month they pay one month salary. Job guarantee. Management don't have ethics and work culture.

No words useless company. No future. Management don't have ethics. Employees has to wait for salary for three month. They pay one month. They won't clear the dues while employees exist. Management Chairman / MD / Directors marwadi company. The don't provide staff uniform. Safety measure zero. They don't have work culture.

As a Asst.Manager (HR), I think the unexpected problems that arise are simultaneously the best and worst of the job.There is this continuously feeling that something may happen.However, I enjoy the challenge of having to think on my feet as well as the responsibility of keeping everything running smoothly. As much as I don't want any thing to go wrong, I know that I am prepared to resolve any conflict effectively at a moment it was noticed.
