...y carrer as trainee from there at nagpur branch.no value of employee in company.they had forced me to leave company cause they had no reason that why company not giving me good package.i was in top 3 in rank when i was training.I completed my client project on time while we was in training period.i leave this company because i did not got package from which i can survive.they were playing politics.thats was my journey in smartdata.

Respect everyone either experience or trainee. Trainee is also company asset. Your experience developer can kick your company anytime but not trainee. Stop politics.dont run company for your own profit.give it to employee.they will give you 10 time of that profit.

Personal-Professional boundary with fixed timings of 9.30 - 6.30 if you work from office. Scope for rising through the ranks.

Poor HR practises. They wouldn't provide salary slips making it difficult for the person to leave. Lack of trust

No job security for employees and developers. Company is not paying salary to the terminated employees . firing without prior notice. Writing bad remark in the employment / experience certificates if employee raise voice for his/her salary and notice period. Fake marketing. No security of software's and client code . politics in every department.

worst copany please do not join they forcefully ask employees to write good reviews on glassdoor and google force employees to use twitter to like their twets and follow them and every day tweet for there fake marketing strategies.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
