Politics, no growth , salary hike based on reference not on performance. They can dismiss any time without salary. They don't follow ITIL process.

Smart IMS team working only as per their clients rule, they doesn't have any concern for their employees. I was worked for one of their clients for more than 3 years and due to some personal issues I asked for (1 month) early relieving. But Smart IMS did not give any details about my actual pay post and they deduct amount higher than salary + previous whole year incentives which was not communicated to me earlier. I really feel this is not a professional behaviour at all.

The leaders are visionaries.

Dislikes

The middle management isn't great. Most of them are always trying to please the top management for appraisals and promotions. Very few take that extra step to help/guide their team members without any agenda. Majority of the employees are not happy. Job roles are not clearly mentioned neither the responsibilities are given as per the job role.

All managers and TLs are very supportive

Dislikes

Sometimes work pressure would be much higher and TLs would publish names directly in front of the Team instead of texting seperately asking for reason even if there is any genuine reason

Job Security, Management and leadership. Manager does not trust his team mates Knowledge or experience. Team does not have a proper stand in Company. Manager does not share relevant info with team.
