Cheats employees of their salary. During the interview they will commit some figures. But in hand u will never get the amount u were promised. If u HaVe full attendence then only u will get the full amount . If u HV taken a days leave Rs. 500 is deducted, which u HV never been told apart from other deduction during the interview. The working environment is also not so good. No pickup no drop facility. Salary is really very low standard. Every day employees leave the organisation due to various problems they face. Apart from tea and coffee nothing is available in the cafeteria. Vehicle Parking facility is also not available. No increment in salary even if u r good in ur work. Total waste of time, energy, and talent. Those who are thinking of joining this organisation please rethink about it and don't waste ur precious time on this organisation. There are lot other good organisations where u can apply.

There's nothing to like about this company.

If I'll start, it will never end. They don't pay you on time and deduct your money for no reason. There's no promotion here. Please don't believe the good reviews about this company as it is all written by the employees because they were given money for that too.

The trainer Jim anand help me a lot. And also my manager Kevin jha, really helpful. For night shift they provide tea coffee as well. If you are a fresher it will be the best place to learn.

The only thing is there to dislike is the salary system. And the incentives was too low. But the weekly spiff was average.
