SLK Software offers good learning opportunities for growing professionals, some good projects n clients help in skill development with new technologies. Infrastructure is quite decent in terms of set up and quality. But management's attitude, behaviour, mindset is pathetic. Some senior managers are poor in doing their job of managing projects n resources well. Promotions and salary hikes are very poor. Bad politics by senior management. Notoriously prevalent politics, bias, favouritism, corruption at management level. Favourite employees n pet employees are treated with great care n reward, whereas honest, hard working mid level senior employees n below are ignored and not rewarded deservingly. Organization policies are not uniformly enforced for employees across full hierarchy, and rules are broken/bent for pet employees and rules are implemented very strictly for others. Most employees leave SLK for three major reasons, i.e, bad salary, bad promotions n hikes, corrupt management.

Bad politics, corrupt management, poor salary package n hikes n promotions.

Love the working environment, the platform to learn and grow in career , lot of exposure to new trends and also supportive seniors

Dislikes

The location is too far away from the city and the initial pay is very low for a city like Bangalore

I started my Career as a Fresher and i have learnt many things in this company. for Freshers it was very good for learning and you will be getting the opportunities to take the ownership of your projects and even it depends on your Team lead and manager as well.

Best for freshers to start their career. Great team and people are very friendly. Transport facility is good. Good support provided to employees during current pandemic. Work pressure depends on the team we are working. Great opportunitues for folks interested in RPA as there are plenty of opportunities.

Dislikes

...fast is company cafeteria which is just average in terms of variety and taste. Compensation is just average and learning opportunities may not be great if you are into support based projects.

It is good that a fresher is exposed to the code so early and if you utilise it your growth is exponential. The management is supportive for career change if you want to pursue your career in a different domain if you posses the skills.
