Campus is very far, travelling can be exhausting. Less compensation for freshers compared to the industry standard. Employment bond. Most of the projects are support based.

...mployees are treated as school students. One of the worst canteen for breakfast. The salary keep on variating there is no proper response from HR. Hike policy and Notice period both are very much disappointing Tenured employees have no value. I would suggest to switch this company after an year other wise u will loose u r patience with these kind of environment.

Very good company Employee point of view in all aspects ( learning,work life balance,salary, employee friendly, projects related work etc) are good . It is good MNC standard company.I am glad to worked with SLK Software.

For short duration this company is ok for long term think 100 times before joining all short term project..once come in bench they force you to bill if ignore fire.

...on depends on company can only. All mangers are waste you can't get any support. Also don't take any bonus( SRB) that is trap if you left early they will deduct from F&F.So many drawback.
