...Timings, job security is good. House keeping and facility service is remarkable. Salary and appreciation is good if you are performing well.

Trainings, internal or external should be given to existing employees to upgrade themselves and apply same in their projects. Giving training to new comers will not help to give best to customer. Availability of food is big problem during odd hours. Should encourage to attend IT events and sports events. I have never seen a such a worst Health insurance partner SLK has. Also frequent changes with partner is not a good process.

For short duration this company is ok for long term think 100 times before joining all short term project..once come in bench they force you to bill if ignore fire.

...on depends on company can only. All mangers are waste you can't get any support. Also don't take any bonus( SRB) that is trap if you left early they will deduct from F&F.So many drawback.

Women empowerment, location is good. Diversity. Delivery team is good and work flexibility is okay.

Dislikes

No Job security No intimation on organisational changes HR department is not good. No hike and promotion Work location is not okay for everyone. No R&R for Enabling team for every quarter.

SLK Software offers good learning opportunities for growing professionals, some good projects n clients help in skill development with new technologies. Infrastructure is quite decent in terms of set up and quality. But management's attitude, behaviour, mindset is pathetic. Some senior managers are poor in doing their job of managing projects n resources well. Promotions and salary hikes are very poor. Bad politics by senior management. Notoriously prevalent politics, bias, favouritism, corruption at management level. Favourite employees n pet employees are treated with great care n reward, whereas honest, hard working mid level senior employees n below are ignored and not rewarded deservingly. Organization policies are not uniformly enforced for employees across full hierarchy, and rules are broken/bent for pet employees and rules are implemented very strictly for others. Most employees leave SLK for three major reasons, i.e, bad salary, bad promotions n hikes, corrupt management.
