Nothing. Stingy company. 10 people's work is done by 1 person. Customer's are cheated by forcing them buy failed automation tool.90 perc scripts doesn't work even a small change is done!!!

...mpany in my life!!!my piece of advice is never join the company less than 15lpa.Really feeling sad how freshers are exploited with pathetic pay and destroying their career. For freshers I would say just join other companies. Don't spoil your career working on internal tools!!!

First and foremost good to start as freshers. Will get more exposure. Enormous opportunities to take ownership of handling projects. Work culture is very nice. Get chance to learn on domain knowledge apart from application level. Company has ensured security of all the female employees.

An amazing organization to start off your career. Helps to Kick off with utmost gain in knowledge and inculcates to the corporate culture.

The bonus and benefits are very low. Low pay benefits. No gifts to pamper the employees.

As a fresher you will learn a lot. Managers use to put lot of trust on employees even though they are having less experience. Apart from this there is nothing much to talk.

Salary was not an up to the market standard. Work-life balance was one of the major concern. Not much scope in the learning area.

Women empowerment, location is good. Diversity. Delivery team is good and work flexibility is okay.

Dislikes

No Job security No intimation on organisational changes HR department is not good. No hike and promotion Work location is not okay for everyone. No R&R for Enabling team for every quarter.
