Basically I didn’t liked anything. Working with them sucks. The consulting is full of Fake commitments. Saleem and Pari will push you to such an extent where you will abscond from the company. They are into the business from last 13 years and every employee did absconded!! Because of the management. They drag employees in a serious medical condition. They don’t have any incentives policy, it’s all about fake commitments. They don’t give anything in written regarding the incentives and at the end they will change the policy or come up with a turnabout. I don’t know why they even commit when they can’t stand on their own words? Even if you are not well, they will drag you, call you continuously and even track you. The office boy used to keep a watch every time, even if you are having a conversation with any of your colleagues. Because he was asked to keep a watch. The environment was so toxic. Whoever worked with them, I’m sure everyone would have been happy while leaving. I wish them best but karma… What you put, comes back to you.

Pathetic culture, arrogant behaviour of so called owner. Unrealistic goal and targets or else you got threatened. Environment is so fearful. Never join this consultancy it will be trauma for you for the rest of your life
