They are using traditional methodology. The Skroman Switches are made up of low quality components. Some are working and some are not. Skroman buys a lock from China. Lock quality is very bad.

First of all the owner of the company is a very cunning person. Second thing, employees provident fund is deducted from salary but not paid on time. Company staff behaviour especially HR Dept. Rudely. If you speck against the company you are accused of unwanted things allegations you dont want. So request to new employee please don't join this company. Very Bad culture. There is caste discrimination of the company. And important thing is that these that happened during the time of corona.

Dealer network is not so vast, And When lockdown was their they got work done from employee but didn't pay him for his work kind of bad thing. Think before work here. No transparency from management about pricing structure.
