...omplete target. PCs too are not in working conditions and asks us to compromise. Also, no raise in salary or no motivation is given.

There is work form home but lotsbof pressure. There is no support in covid-19 also there some diducation in salary. like 20%-30% .

There is a lot of politices & the management doesnt address our issues. unprofessional behaviour peers as well as supervisors.

I love the way they care for their employees. A lot of employee engagement is done which includes fun activities as well as intellectual discussion/ activities. Only flaw is they are not that good payers but gradually that change will surely come over the time. Best consulting to start your career in HR, for capability building and self development.

Communication gap and work become only stress due to some TLs who don't understand the meaning of leader just try to escape from challenges and instead of improving team members quality demotivate them, which should be looked after by the organisation.
