There is work form home but lotsbof pressure. There is no support in covid-19 also there some diducation in salary. like 20%-30% .

There is a lot of politices & the management doesnt address our issues. unprofessional behaviour peers as well as supervisors.

...the growth opportunities are ample for those who are serious about their career. Compensation is great as per the location. Attitude of managers is always helping. One of the best outsourcing firms to be worked with. Work life balance is good as well

...omplete target. PCs too are not in working conditions and asks us to compromise. Also, no raise in salary or no motivation is given.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
