I had worked sk finance from dec-21 to Dec-22 at azadpur delhi location .sk finance is sale's based company, if you want to job in sk finance then you will get salary + incentive,but you want to do Job in operation department you should do( login ,disbursal, Register maintainence, Cash receipt raised ,) all back office work .too much workload pressure and no-one can understand you and backoffice reporting manger is sales it . Salary average 17k to 19 k if you fresher and if u experienced maxm 25k as per branch budget in Delhi.

Strickt timining if u not mark attendence proper from 9:30 to 6:30 then your salary will be deducted and before closing of 7 days you should be work from 9:30 to 10:00pm everyday closing always extended from 10 th of every month to 13th,14th. And Sunday always open no extra incentive and overtime salary

A lot of closings Low quality canteen food also unhygienic. Low quality water(less filtered) Unsupportive Management and HR Nill or very less appraisal Low Salary with high pressure of working. Employees are not paid enough according to their work. Demotion of employees although they deserve promotion.

I spent My one year In SK Finance With Good Communication Skill And Do Hard Or Smart Work both And I have Done My 101% In Work Performance. My Work Is Very Faster Than Others . I respect All My Seniors And Team. Regards Gaurav

I Dislike The Working schedule In Closing with Only Basic Salary No Incentives or No Other Benefits, No Overtime.

...ise Customised policies with flexibility .branch level decisioning and fast TAT. Salary , incentive,foreign tours and esops for employees

Long working schedule and some times work on holidays

Senior management including the MD has always encouraged and supported . There is complete support from your immediate Department Head who is quite encouraging to do new things and improve the productivity.

Dislikes

Certain departments deserve bonus based on performance which should be considered.
