no work balance at all we need to work all the time to 12 to 2 am no salary at time every month delay no learning at all complete project anyhow if you don't complete project then your salary does not com if you complete the project and client does not pay then your salary is not come I would advise never join that company specially developers because they can even fire you on 1st day of your job Specially owners just trying the business they dont know what they want

Scam... they interviewed me for US IT Recruiter and when I joined, they asked me for bench sales. They tortured me a lot when I asked to resign within 3 months of employment. Manager was an idiot. They played with my career.

I would definitely say here u will get best work environment, u will have more than sufficient time to give ur best efforts. The most things is u can easily manage ur personal & professional life. Just one line I would say "This company understand employee"

Siyana is a terrible company. I see no difference in a punture shop and this . There are 3 companies running at 1 location. In morning there is different company and in the evening there is different company. four to five friends have started the company. neither of them knows anything about technology. They are using pirated software's (windows and others ). They are not using any antivirus on any of the systems. But they will talk about security. They dont know anything about security ( using pirated OS and not using antivirus) already breaches the first level of security. The infrastructure of the company is very very poor. its a bogus company you should not join. all the four five star rating is false.
